Stanislaus Pet Resource Center is a partnership among people, nonprofits, and public agencies committed to helping people keep their pets. Instead of relinquishing their pets to shelters, seeing them suffer from curable diseases or becoming stymied by other pet problems, we have created resources for loving pet owners that need a bit of help to keep the human-animal bond strong. Further, we are committed to the creation of social and economic systems that empower the community to address the needs of not only people but pets, too.
We also believe that free-roaming cats should be able to live healthy lives in harmony with their communities. To this end we will continue efforts to develop low-cost spay/neuter and vaccination clinics so that the public as well as the public animal shelters can easily pursue TNR programs.
